Principle:
Microwave Dryer Machine microwave frequency is 300 MHz -300 GHz electromagnetic wave. The water in the heated dielectric material is a polar molecule. Under the action of the rapid change of electromagnetic field, its polar orientation will change with the rapid change of external electric field, thus causing the movement and friction of molecules. The whole food processing machine consists of transmission system, microwave heating system, intelligent control and detection system, cooling and dehumidification system, etc.

Transmission system: the material is transferred by 500mm conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is composed of ptfe with guide rod, which does not deviate and is not flammable. Transmission speed can be adjusted by frequency converter, ranging from 1 m to 6 m per minute.

Control and detection system: Central control system: the microwave switch of the microwave dryer is manually operated and has normal protection function. It cannot be opened if the program runs abnormally, which can prevent microwave leakage caused by misoperation. The control panel adopts PLC automatic control system, which can monitor the working status of each magnetron for troubleshooting in time. Each set of magnetron circuits work independently. Even if one group has a problem, the rest can continue to work normally without affecting the use, pending later maintenance.

Detection system: the side of the drying box is equipped with four-room observation window and color LCD TV monitoring facilities, which can directly observe the operation of materials. Microwave suppressors are installed at both the feed and discharge ends to prevent microleakage. The discharging end of the heating box also has a set of infrared radiation thermometers. Infrared probe can measure temperature range :(0~300℃), can reflect the instant temperature of the material heated by microwave cavity. Temperature adjustable, control accuracy ±5℃.

Cooling dehumidification system: the top of the heating box is equipped with a dehumidification mouth to remove water vapor in time. The dehumidification fan is an environment-friendly low-noise centrifugal fan, which can ensure no obvious water vapor retention above the cavity. The exhaust pipe is PVC anticorrosive pipe with diameter of 200mm.
