Non-destructive Surgical Head Frame Core technology and design highlights

1. Non-damage fixation solution

Adopting the original non-damage fixation technology, the equipment is equipped with a soft gel head support and a three-pin synchronous pressure structure. The U-shaped three-pin head clamp is arranged in an isosceles triangle, which can not only achieve efficient fixation, but also quickly switch to a soft gel tray to prevent damage caused by scalp penetration. In addition, the intelligent pressure adjustment head pin is equipped with a scale display and an anti-puncture platform to ensure that it is suitable for adults and children. The hardness of the head pin is controlled within the range of HRC40-48 to ensure penetration safety.


2. High-strength and lightweight materials

Imported aluminum-magnesium alloy is selected. After overall milling, the equipment performs well in density, corrosion resistance and anti-aging. The surface adopts a brushed process to effectively improve the wear resistance and provide a solid guarantee for long-term use.


3. Multi-dimensional adjustment system

Equipped with flexible universal adjustment mechanism, including:

-Multifunctional base: The distance between the plug rods is adjustable (165-600mm), which can adapt to various operating tables; the equipment has a lifting range of 850mm±50mm, a forward and backward movement of 400mm, a left and right movement of 450mm, and a swing angle of ≥80°, which can meet the needs of multi-angle adjustment.

-Ball head universal shaft: supports 360° rotation, 120° fan-shaped swing and 90° tilt fixation, built-in spring lock and single handle locking design, making intraoperative fine-tuning convenient and stable.


4. Comfort design

The headrest and head clamp are made of imported soft gel material, with a smooth and delicate surface. They can effectively reduce the damage to patients under long-term compression and significantly improve the patient's intraoperative comfort experience.


5. Compatibility and expansion

The equipment is equipped with a stereo positioning navigation coordinate interface as standard, and can be connected to a planetary gear connector, which is compatible with mainstream retraction systems and navigation equipment to ensure accurate positioning and operation during surgery.
