Eccentric Column Operating Table Electric Hydraulic Surgical Table Feature:


1. Fully eccentric bed column design: The operating table adopts a fully eccentric bed column design. The bed surface can achieve an unobstructed X-ray transparent area ≥1450mm without translation, which provides the best convenience for using C-arms or performing intraoperative angiography during surgery and ensures the accuracy of surgery.


2. L-shaped head side column design and T-shaped base: The overall L-shaped head side column design greatly facilitates the use of C-arms during surgery. The T-shaped base design ensures the stability of the operating table and provides a larger bed board perspective space, while facilitating the doctor's flexible operation during surgery.


3. High-quality stainless steel structure: The frame, pillars and base of the operating table are all made of 304 medical grade stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and waterproof performance and meets the IP4X protection level. The column adopts a bellows-free structure to meet the purification requirements of the 100-level laminar flow operating room and ensure the cleanliness of the surgical environment.


4. Hydraulic system control and electric locking: Unlike the traditional wheel lock fixation, this operating table uses four hydraulic cylinders to control the lifting and lowering, and is equipped with an electric locking function to ensure a smoother, safer and more secure operation. In addition, the foot pedal design facilitates unlocking and locking control at any time during the operation. The hydraulically braked dual-wheel mobile wheels provide flexible steering and smooth movement.


5. Dual-motor hydraulic drive system: The hydraulic drive system consists of two sets of motors and hydraulic pumps, one for regular use and the other as a backup device. When a working part fails, it can be quickly replaced to ensure that the operating table has a 100% utilization rate and realize the "standby" backup function.


6. Dual independent control system: The operating table is equipped with two independent control operating systems and a protective cover to prevent accidental position changes caused by accidental touch. The system can also be equipped with an optional LCD display window to display fault codes, execution data and the current position status of the operating table in real time to ensure precise control during the operation.


7. Electric hydraulic position adjustment: The operating table supports one-button electric hydraulic adjustment, covering various position adjustment methods such as lifting, head and foot tilt, left and right tilt, backboard tilt, chest bridge, sitting and horizontal reset. The adjustment process is stepless, ensuring the smoothness of position adjustment during surgery and patient safety. All adjustments are easily accessible via the controller, allowing the surgeon to quickly and precisely position the patient to ensure optimal surgical conditions.
